On the behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit a driven Junior Finance Manager to the Headquarter located in Stockholm city.This position is temporary for 14 months and will report to the Regional Finance Director.

Din utmaning:

• Responsible for Oriflame Norway’s financial planning process, including budget and follow-up within the organization
• Improve business processes, financial control and risk & tax management
• Elaborate and analyze forecasting and budgeting, and provide regular financial reporting and analysis to EMEA North region
• Implement company strategy and drive changes in order to develop and further strengthen the reporting tools within the finance function
• Provide analytic support, review costs and establish routines
• Budget and cost responsibility for Oriflame Norway
  

Din bakgrund:

• M. Sc or B. Sc in Finance & Accounting, with minimum five years of professional experience from an international environment
• Knowledge and experience from Norwegian legislation is an advantage
• Strong analytical and system skills with the ability to extract data from system and draw business themes out of data
• Motivated team-player with ability to work independently in a multinational finance department
• Positive can-do attitude with an ambition to thrive in a truly international environment
• You are organized, business-minded, communicated, positive and service-minded
• Well spoken and written in English
