We are now on the behalf of our client seeking to recruit Management Consultants to Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting Group. As a consultant at Capacent you will support large corporations in optimizing all aspect of group financial consolidation & reporting operations.

Din utmaning:

• Participate as well as co-lead projects in Capacent´s Group Financial Consolidation & Reporting Group and be a part of our specialized team, focused on the link and alignment between strategy and operational decisions.
• Be a key player in our team, contributing with experience and skills in setting up efficient group reporting processes, implementation of group reporting systems, system support and follow-up.
• Help our customer to achieve a more efficient performance management.
• Will help the client implementing a value-driven information model and in designing group reporting processes and systems.
• Work in a non-hierarchical organization, consisting of a clear mix of broad consultants and senior experts with extensive experience from the industrial-, private equity- or the financial sector.
  

Din bakgrund:

• University degree with 2-7 years of experience from group financial consolidation or group controlling.
• Result and project driven person with ability to lead and inspire people.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and excellent skills in English.
• Used to work with established and structured methods but yet you are eager to see and create hands-on results.
• A strong ability and willingness to contribute in sales.
• Experience from Oracle Hyperion or IBM Cognos systems is an advantage
